Neighborhood Association Dues

Sylvan Ridge Neighborhood has established annual dues of $150.

While these dues are voluntary, they support several initiatives including (but not limited to) landscaping of neighborhood entrances, snow removal, the summer picnic, the red bows on each mailbox during the holiday season, and many other social and children’s safety initiatives.

There are two ways to pay your dues:

2. Check - payable to Sylvan Ridge Civic Association and sent to Jackie Perius, Treasurer, at 3630 Haverhill Drive.
