Welcome Home!
Sylvan Ridge is a wonderful place to call home. The neighborhood is rich in history and full of mature trees and well maintained homes. The location offers easy access to all the best the city (and suburbs!) has to offer and sits in the middle of great public and private schools, churches, sports clubs, shopping and entertainment.
The neighborhood hosts an annual picnic, Halloween pizza party and trick-or-treating send off, bi-annual garage sale, and more! We are known for placing a big red bow on each neighborhood mailbox to spruce up our streets during the holiday season.
